Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the role of Accommodation Assistant in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, attention to detail, and providing a welcoming experience for guests.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to set standards
• Change bed linens, replenish towels, and restock room supplies
• Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and prioritise assigned tasks
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with company procedures and HACCP regulations
• Support the accommodation team in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment
• Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards while on duty

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and reliability
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
