5* Druids Glen Hotel and Golf Resort is currently recruiting an Accommodation Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. 

Responsibilities:

         This is a hands-on role which will require you to deliver the highest standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

         Deliver guest service in the Accommodation and Public Area's Department, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.

         Assign and inspect rooms to the agreed standards.

         Identify and support training needs.

         Ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your department product, in addition to being aware of the total hotel facilities.

         To both lead and work as part of the team and manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.

         To be knowledgeable of cleaning products and ensure team members are trained on same.

         To attend training sessions and hotel and departmental meetings as required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.

         To comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Licensing and Employment.

         To report and/or take appropriate action on all maintenance issues as they arise.

         To report accidents/incident.

         To comply with agreed environmental practices, throughout the Hotel.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a 4-5* property

High level of attention to detail and standards of cleanliness

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient with general office PC applications

Ability to delegate and multitask

Working knowledge of Hotsoft or similar rooms system
