Your new role As an Account Director - Construction Specialist you will: Manage a large book of existing business and expand client relationships. Act as the technical touchpoint for complex construction placements. Develop tailored risk solutions for the construction sector. Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to grow the construction insurance division. What you'll need to succeed Extensive experience in construction insurance (Can be Underwriting or Broking)Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. In-depth knowledge of construction industry risks and insurance solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
