Community Carer / Healthcare Assistant - CHO5 (South Tipperary, Carlow/Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford)
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time (10-40 hours/week)
Location: CHO Area 5 - South Tipperary, Carlow/Kilkenny, Waterford, Wexford
Salary: € - € per hour (based on qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Assist with mobility and transfers
Support with meal preparation and feeding
Offer companionship and emotional support
Carry out light domestic duties (cleaning, laundry)
Monitor and report changes in clients' health
Accompany clients to appointments (if required)
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 QQI Level 5 modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person (Full QQI Level 5 preferred)
Irish work experience in a similar care role (home care, HSE, private client care, nursing home, etc.)
Verifiable references from Irish employers
Manual Handling & Patient Moving and Handling certification
Garda Vetting (or willingness to undergo)
Good communication skills and a caring, reliable personality
