Wicklow.The Location Manager provides direct support to the people we support while also having overall management of the team in this part of the service. The service is in a day setting, supporting adults with a diagnosis of ASD to integrate into their local community and to live self-determined lives.The successful candidate will pursue initiatives which promote independence, personal development, and leisure activities within the context of the quality-of-life model. The Location Manager will be responsible for roster administration and related responsibilities such as leave and payroll submissions. The Location Manager will support high quality service delivery through day-to-day management, recruitment, induction, probation, supervision, and appraisal.
