My Client is actively looking for a Senior Systems Administrator with experience working with Clarity for a long term daily rate contract based in Dublin
Hybrid working options are available for this role.
The Clarity Systems Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and administration of the Clarity system, ensuring optimal performance and availability to support business operations. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, user support, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Role Accountabilities
System Management:
Administer, configure, and maintain the Clarity system
Assist with regular system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Maintain and monitor integrations with other systems (e.g., SAP, Success Factors).
User Support & Training:
Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering questions, and offering training sessions as needed.
Handle user access management, including creating user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring data security.
Create collateral and run User Training activities: Clarity Demos, Focus sessions and Reminder workshops.
Data Management & Reporting:
Customize dashboards, reports, and workflows within the Clarity system as required by business needs.
Create and manage queries, data extracts, and Power BI reporting tool.
Apply analytical skills to standardise Reporting Dashboards and develop tailored Dashboards to meet Governance and Steering committee needs
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with IT, project management teams, and relevant departments to ensure the system aligns with business needs.
Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure system support and upgrades are executed properly.
Documentation & Compliance:
Compile materials and/or presentations needed for regular/recurring meetings and calls
Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration settings, workflows, and user manuals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data security standards.
Assist with audits and ensure that the system follows established industry standards and best practices.
Design, create and promote a Enterprise PMO Share Point site; facilitating sharing of relevant processes, templates etc.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role
Good exposure in the application and support of the Clarity PPM tool
Good knowledge and experience of industry standard best practice Portfolio and Programme Management
Experience of project, programme, and portfolio reporting and change delivery governance frameworks
Strong data analysis skills with experience using data visualisation tools like Power BI to create dashboards that support data-driven decision making
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Excellent communicator with strong networking skills with ability to influence and persuade and drive standards across multiple PMO teams
