Job Title: German Customer Relationship Coordinator Location: Dublin City Centre Salary: DOEBenefits: Excellent benefits including Pension, Healthcare + Dental, 25 days annual leave, tax saver and fitness scheme and more Type: Permanent Position.

Hybrid working model, 3 days in office + 2 days WFMTraining : onsite initially.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week / Monday – Friday (flexi start core hours 9am-3pm) As a successful Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them.

You will be supporting our clients in renewing their contracts & leases with the business and looking for opportunities to extend/grow the business.

You will be building a strong relationship with current clients.

Key Responsibilities Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs and renewing their contracts & leases.

Managing and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and ensuring all databases are up to date.

Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.

A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment Participate in weekly & monthly meetings Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management Fluent German & English Strong administration skills CRM proficiency experience a plus * High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach * Sales training is preferred A natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service Excellent telephone manner is essential Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude Has excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationships Is able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a sale Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills This role is a driving force for the success of the company and demands the highest level of professionalism and customer service, if you think you have the attributes to fill this role please forward on your CV to Emily Mason via the link attached.
