KNOW THE ROLE As a Beauty Consultant for Guerlain, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Guerlain at all times. Responsibilities include: Sales To pro-actively sell Guerlain products and provide a luxury standard of service to customersTo be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line managerTo pro-actively link sell across product categories, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU)KPI: To achieve sales targets Service To be knowledgeable on all Guerlain products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objectionsDemonstrate products on clients by means of flash make-overs and confidently explain the benefits of each productsTo initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stoppingTo identify, understand and reformulate the client needsTo develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyaltyTo educate clients on Guerlain products and the brandKPI: To achieve target for Mystery Shopping General To participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelinesTo monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there is sufficient levelsTo conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasksTo be a Guerlain brand ambassador and representative at all timesTo adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbookTo build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and proceduresTo carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR In order to be successful in this role, you will be: Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.Driven and results orientated; seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and counter activity.Self-confident; you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your strong selling skills to chase that extra sale.
