They are a dynamic and supportive team of professionals who strive for excellence in patient care and clinical standards and are currently recruiting for a Radiology Service Manager to come and lead from the front.

Qualifications & Experience: in Radiography in Ultrasound or 7+ years experience as a Sonographer CORU registration Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as required.

Develop and maintain operational protocols in conjunction with the Clinical Specialist Radiographer.

Manage attendance and maintain departmental rosters, including approval of annual leave.

Conduct and lead clinical audits to support continuous improvement.

Collaborate on new initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Ensure consistent delivery of high standards in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Act as departmental lead in the absence of the Radiology Service Manager.

Stay informed on developments in radiology and share knowledge within the team.

Communicate professionally and effectively with patients and colleagues.

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all hospital policies, including health & safety, HR, and infection control guidelines.
