Large Irish firm seeking to speak with Legal PAs who have experience in commercial firms.

My client require an experienced candidate to directly support Senior Partners in a busy Corporate department.

This person will be a highly competent Legal PA who can manage a busy list of priorities and take control of administrative processes for the department with relative autonomy.

Perfect for an exciting start to 2025! This role will offer hybrid working.

The Partners in this department have exceptionally busy diaries and require a Legal PA who can expertly handle the following duties: Complex diary management and meeting coordination across timezones.

Detailed travel booking and itineraries to include flights, visas, and international meeting booking.

Monthly billing processes to include time allocation and invoice preparation -commercial billing experience is essential.

WIP Management Event planning - identifying venues, gathering quotes and considering invites.

Ad hoc administration for the department as it arises.
