The role combines the physical, hands-on duties of a warehouse operative with the administrative responsibilities of SAP data input.

In this busy and dynamic environment, you will ensure that stock levels are maintained, deliveries are accurate and system data is correctly managed.

Responsibilities: Perform goods-in activities, ensuring accurate unloading and verifying delivery documents.

Operate counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to handle and move goods.

Use SAP to record and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies in received goods.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Assist in stock takes and inventory checks as scheduled.

Handle daily administrative tasks, such as updating records, generating reports, and providing status updates on inventory levels.

Requirements: Proven experience in a warehouse environment.

Experience with SAP or a similar warehouse management system.

Valid counterbalance forklift license Essential.

Valid Manual Handling Certificate Preferred.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with health and safety protocols in a warehouse setting.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
