Extensive experience in acute care management, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. A minimum of five years of post-registration experience, including significant tenure in an acute training hospital, is essential. A Bachelor of Science degree is required, with a higher qualification being desirable. A commitment to pursuing further education is encouraged. A management qualification is essential, showcasing proficiency in healthcare administration and leadership Proven track record in change management, resource allocation, conflict resolution, quality and safety management, problem-solving, and operational planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by strong IT proficiency, are essential for effective collaboration and patient engagement.
