**Administrative Support** (Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Possibility for extension) Location: Dublin Rate: A highly competitive hourly rate is available for suitable candidates About Us Join our dynamic Construction Programme Management Team, where we are dedicated to building innovative solutions and driving strategic goals.

We are on the lookout for a proactive Administrative Support professional to help ensure the seamless operation of our projects and initiatives.

Role Overview As an Administrative Support professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Construction Managers and the Programme Management Office (PMO) Team.

Your primary focus will be on providing dedicated administrative support, enabling leadership to concentrate on strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance and perform general administrative tasks as required.

Oversee the onboarding process for contractor employees, which includes arranging necessary training and issuing security badges.

Maintain, update, and enhance the Construction Wiki by gathering relevant information and ensuring content accuracy.

Execute the change management process in Procore software, ensuring timely and accurate uploads of information to financial tools each month prior to invoice approvals.

Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, showcasing your ability to balance tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.

Assist with special projects, one-time initiatives, and other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Work independently on assigned projects and tasks, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes.

Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the construction or project management sector.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software, such as Procore.

Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative spirit.

A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
