Our client isglobal professional networking and digital advertising platform used by millions of businesses worldwide, and they're looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive impactful, data-led marketing campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns designed to capture and nurture demand across key audiences.
You'll work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver measurable results while continuously optimising performance through testing and insights.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role suited to someone who is bothstrategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of B2 B marketing funnels and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue Partner with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to align campaigns with go-to-market priorities Own end-to-end multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, and web Use a test-and-learn approach , including A/B testing, to improve performance and conversion Analyse campaign data, pipeline metrics, and funnel performance to generate actionable insights Present campaign strategy, performance updates, and learnings to key stakeholders Essential Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field4+ years' experience in demand generation or growth marketing Strong experience running performance-driven, multi-channel campaigns Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into optimisation actions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Nice to Have Experience working closely with Sales or GTM teams Exposure to global or EMEA-wide campaigns Experience collaborating across time zones Additional language skills (e.g.
German, French, or Dutch)This opportunity is a 12-month contract, Hybrid from Dublin Office paying €65,000 per annum (pro rata).
