We are excited to recruit a Junior International Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and work alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition and Engagement. We continually looking to strengthen our teams by adding the best available talent to sustain our strategy of growth and development and this is a key role within that strategy. General Duties: Implement the talent acquisition strategy together with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Retention, To continue and manage the sustainable growth of the talent pipeline, Report on recruitment analytics, Use the data to interpret insights and trends and make recommendations to inform data-driven decisions, Work with the Office Operations & HR Support Manager on delivering a support function engagement plan, Assist in meetings, briefings and brainstorming sessions. Recruitment & Attraction: Continuously review the recruitment requirements with the hotels; Based on the above, coordinate and post the hotels and support function recruitment advertising on social channels (Instagram, Twitter Facebook & LinkedIn). To identify recruitment trends in advance and in conjunction with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Retention action accordingly; Be the group point of contact for International recruitment agencies and employment partners; Coordinate R&S workshops and L&D events to ensure knowledge & skills for the HR team and Hiring Managers are at best practice (both Hotels and Support team), Report monthly on recruitment analytics for all roles (sources of applicants, time to hire, selection activity per hire, etc), Benefits: Flexible working schedule to match your private life; Hybrid work week after probation period; Career and performance development plan; Contribution towards Pension and Health Insurance; Amongst others.
