The Division aims to ensure a fit between employees and the overall strategic direction of the Club.  Reporting to the Deputy Executive Manager, Compensation and Benefit, the job holder will modify the current tool/system to enhance and streamline existing salary review process. He/She will also help to refine e-Comp and the integration with other procedure e.g promotion from technical perspective The Job You will: Support Reward related processes review e.g. Annual Pay Review Identify and modify programs or solutions to meet the requirements of the enhanced process Work out automation solution for the integrated processes Assist supervisor to work with internal stakeholders on HR System – e-Comp function ‘s enhancement tasks such as design, testing and implementation About You Ideal qualification / experience: Good understanding in Microsoft Office including MsAccess, Macro and VBA is preferable Terms of employment The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A temporary employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
