Outbound Sales AgentOur client, a leading supplier of Office Supplies, are looking for an energetic & enthusiastic Outbound Sales Agent to join their Finglas-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth with their existing customer base, becoming an expert in their products & services.What's on offer?Base salary of €29k, OTE of €35k, plus an uncapped commission structureExcellent training and CPD opportunitiesTeam trips abroad & social eventsPrivate Medical Insurance & wellness programsThe Ideal CandidateIf you have the following skills, you will be a great fit for the role, and we want to hear from you:Do you have 1+ years' experience as an Outbound Salesperson or similar?Do you have experience using customer databases?Are you familiar with CRM systems?Are you driven and want to exceed targets?Working knowledge of MS Office is essential.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInteract with existing customers and prospects and maintain excellent relationships.Cold call and prospect to generate new business.Manage all customer queries/ complaints in a professional manner, escalating as appropriate.Work with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure our clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again.Liaise with Business Development colleagues and/or the Commercial ManagerEnsure that all KPIs for sales & activity are met.Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, etc.Assist with promotional presentations/ demos and promote brand awareness.
