Kate Cowhig International Healthcare Recruitment are hiring a Recruitment Compliance Officer based in Galway City.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following: Supporting the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing, screening, on boarding, developing strong candidate and client relationships.

Using all social, database, networks, job boards, and company website to attract and connect with candidates.

Complying with the recruitment processes, ensuring all candidates are fully compliant to company standards and all mandatory requirements met before placement.

Ensuring that ISO Standards are met and manage the ISO audits.

Using excellent communication skills across both written and verbal whilst always maintaining professional and well-functioning desk.

Providing regular updates and reports on candidate pipeline status.

Performing other duties as required.
