Join a high-impact sales team driving digital transformation for independent agencies across Europe! We’re hiring two levels of Business Development Representatives on behalf of a global social media leader — one for early-career Partner Managers and one for experienced Agency Specialists.
Available Roles:
BDR – Partner Manager (1+ year experience) (German | French)
€34, base + €15, bonus = €49, OTE
Focus: Prospect and activate emerging independent agencies through tailored outreach and strategic sales initiatives.
BDR – Agency Specialist (3+ year experience) (German | French)
€40, base + €15, bonus = €55, OTE
Focus: Lead business development across high-value agency markets, uncovering growth opportunities and closing scalable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and convert high-potential agencies across key European markets
• Build personalized outreach strategies using insights, trends, and data
• Run consultative sales processes tailored to client goals and industry nuances
• Design strategic onboarding roadmaps with performance KPIs
• Craft winning proposals with compelling value narratives
• Negotiate and close with a long-term growth mindset
• Feed client and market intelligence into internal strategy loops
You Bring:
• 1–3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Advertising
• Proven success in building pipelines and smashing sales targets
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (English essential (German | French )
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoom Info, Lusha, etc.
• Strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel for key meetings & industry events
