Marketing Manager 12 month Maternity contract - North Dublin Cpl Marketing are recruiting for a Marketing Manager with a leading FMCG on a 12-month Maternity leave contract in North Dublin.

You are responsible for managing the strategic introduction and growth of the brand in Ireland and the promotion of it at a B2 B & B2 C level.

Responsibilities: *The development and implementation of a promotional plan for the brand: identifying required resources, associated costs, KPIs and milestones that will position the brand front of mind with consumers.

*Responsible for ATL and BTL marketing activities across Ireland and contribute to the wider group Marketing function across branding, packaging, NPD, merchandising, sustainability, advertising, sponsorship, and PR.

*Maintaining, developing, and driving growth across B2 B and B2 C Digital Marketing platforms including websites, web shops, smartphone apps and social media channels, specifically; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linked In.

*Report on campaign performance and monthly analytics with a view to identifying future opportunities.

*Develop marketing communications for both internal and external purposes.

*The collation, presentation and dissemination of best-in-class consumer insights.

*Organising, managing, and participating in company tradeshows and promotional events.

*Liaising with agencies, customers, suppliers, partners regionally and Marketing.

Sustainability and Commercial personnel across the wider group.
