We are creating AI systems that operate in the real world - speaking to humans, making decisions in real time, and supporting critical security workflows.
Today, that means intelligent Voice AI designed to handle live alarm calls at scale.
Tomorrow, it means multi-modal AI, where voice, automation, and computer vision work together to understand and respond to events across complex security environments.
Our clients include European and global enterprise security monitoring operators.
We are actively working with security providers in environments where reliability, accuracy, and trust truly matter.
What we don't yet have is the person who will fully own the technical vision - someone who can help take this from a strong early platform into a category-defining AI system.
That's why this role exists.
THE OPPORTUNITYThis is not a role for maintaining an existing system.
This is an opportunity to build and shape a company's technical foundation from the ground up - its architecture, its engineering culture, and the team behind it.
We are partnered with a global leader in security monitoring software to develop AI capabilities that can be rolled out across their international client base.
As part of this role, you will help lead and oversee the technical relationship with their product and engineering teams, shaping how our AI platform integrates, scales, and evolves alongside a widely used industry system.
You will work closely with the founder, making decisions that directly influence product direction, customer outcomes, and how the platform is rolled out with early customers and enterprise partners.
Over time, you will help build a holistic engineering organisation spanning backend architecture, Voice AI, automation workflows, and future Computer Vision capabilities.
