Our client is an engineering equipment company seeking an Engineering Sales Manager to join their team. This role requires a strong technical sales expert with experience selling complex products and solutions. All Ireland territory.
The Role:
Developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients and understanding / advising them on their requirements.
Using expert knowledge of the company’s products, technologies and solutions to make recommendations
Continuous market research keeping the finger on the pulse with industry trends and new technologies
Manage the full sales cycle providing consultation, tailoring specific technical solutions and support and follow through
Drive relationships to encourage repeat business
Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and proposals
Engaging in industries like Dairy, Beverage, Pharma etc.,
The Candidate:
3rd level engineering degree required
Strong proven technical sales experience in an engineering field
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Great understanding of engineering concepts, technologies and products
Strong ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and present solutions persuasively.
Proficiency in handling objections, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
Knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and deal closure.
