They are currently looking to bring into the business 2+ year’s experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the cost of their projects from start to finish. The role will include a client facing environment, whilst being able to negotiate confidently with Sub – Contractors. Due to the nature of the clients, a keen – eye for contract administration will be key. Experience billing of quantities for project preparation, would be an advantage. Key Experience Minimum 2 years relevant experience Level 8 Degree in Quantity Surveying or Similar Experience working with a Main Contractor Experience working on large projects is preferred Good administrative, report writing and I.T. skills, such as Microsoft Word, Powepoint and Excel.
