Full proficiency in Auto CAD / Revit and Microsoft Office Suite Full proficiency in Photoshop, Lumion or other modelling / 3 D software Attention to detail, strong technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role A good understanding of the statutory consent processes, Planning and current Building Regulations Compiling and submitting planning applications in hard copy as well as knowledge of the Planning e-Portal and Building Control Management System (BCMS) Experience in private residential projects new build one off and developments / renovation / extension projects Ambitious, self-motivated with excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills Excellent time management Driving license necessary Irish residents only KEY DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The role will be that of an Architectural Technician / Technologist to include but not specifically related to the following responsibilities: Assist / assess the client brief and project goals to develop clients requirements.

Measured site surveys Preliminary design sketches incorporating the specific clients needs and budget Delivering projects within set timelines Prepare developed design drawings and prepare statutory consent applications Review all work with regards to current building regulations and planning and development act.
