Lead and manage the Mechanical Installations team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with designers to develop detailed design proposals.
Install designs and as per Drawings with proven systems and methods.
Analyse construction methodology, identifying implications for the project programme and logistics.
Engage with the supply chain to ensure delivery of subcontract packages.
Review equipment specifications and prepare procurement packages.
Evaluate subcontract and supplier proposals, developing technical/commercial comparisons for selecting preferred bidders.
Develop crane and lifting strategies for the project.
Identify project logistics and temporary works requirements.
Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Contribute to various other aspects of the project and tendering process.
