Bid Manager Energy Sector (Ireland) Location: Tipperary, Ireland - hybrid (with travel as required) Park Recruit is currently seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead and manage the tendering process for a leading player in the energy sector.

This is a pivotal role focused on securing new business opportunities within the Irish energy market by delivering high-quality, competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end tendering for energy-related projects, from qualification to submission.

Coordinate across departments to prepare compelling, compliant proposals.

Engage with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to align bid strategies.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify tender opportunities.

Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning within bids.

Mentor junior tendering staff and oversee proposal documentation.

Represent the company during client negotiations and presentations.

Key Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters or certifications advantageous).

7+ years of experience in tendering or project management in energy/utilities, ideally in the Irish/EU market.

Strong commercial, regulatory, and industry knowledge, particularly in renewable energy or infrastructure.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/tendering software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Willingness to travel across Ireland and internationally as required.
