Senior Contracts Manager Patrick Mccaffrey & Sons Ltd is a leading Road Surfacing and Civil Engineering Contractor in the northwest offering a range of products and services.
Due to ongoing contracts, there is a requirement for the addition of a suitably qualified construction professional to the existing team.
Role involves; Completion of tenders for public works Programming of works Liaison with customers and clients.
Liaisingwith General Manager, Healthand Safety Manager, Quarryand Transport Personal,and Site Agent.
Management of subcontractors.
Completion of project close out reports.
General day to day management of contracting division.
Minimum Requirements Level 8 Construction/Civil Engineering degree.
Experienced in the management of roadworks and in particular surfacing works, Knowledge of roadworks specifications.
Knowledge of Public Procurement and Public works Contracts Self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Full driving licence.
