Senior Manufacturing Engineer - (NC, CAPA, SICR)We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with an award-winning Medical Device organization based in Limerick. Duties Development and implementation of appropriate supporting documentation, SOPs and process work instructions compliant with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Transferring and implementing processes, either from development or from another manufacturing facility. Responsibility for review and owning of NC and CAPAs, with attention to detail, review for completeness, accuracy, effectivity, and timeliness. Liaise with relevant functional groups, facilitate and lead peers through all stages of the NC / CAPA process. Exhibit ability to build expertise in managing NC & CAPA tasks in the application of problem-solving techniques and promote its use and development e.g. Human Error Reduction, 4-D, etc. Highly proficient on NC/ CAPA procedures, and super user of e CAPA system. Education & Experience Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical experience is required. Proven Project Management skills through the delivery of business-critical projects. Has 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
