The successful candidate will join their team on a civils project in Cork. This is a full time permanent position.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate tasks according to priorities and plansMonitor attendance of construction crewsAllocate general and daily responsibilitiesSupervise and train workers and tradespeopleEnsure manpower and resources are adequateGuarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are metSupervise the use of machinery and equipmentResolve problems when they ariseReport on progress to managers, engineers etc.Works with site management to programme worksRequirementsIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and HSE guidelinesAbility to read drawings, plans and blueprintsFull Driving LicenseExcellent organizational and leadership skillsAbility to communicate and report effectivelyProblem-solving abilitiesCurrent relevant qualifications (SSSTS or better.)Experience working on pharma and data centre projects is preferred Tags: Site Manager
