We currently have a requirement for an experienced Technical Training Coordinator for a client site in Cork.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications and training database administration and will have an understanding of Pharma and Pharma language.
Responsibilities Involved in the design, development and management of training material and learning plans, in conjunction with area subject matter experts and management Assist in the creation and management of procedures in accordance with the site SOP Work with other GMP system owners/administrators on the interfaces with the training administration system Produce reports from the Learning Management systems Ensure customer needs are identified and addressed Work with internal and external trainers to schedule training courses based on customer needs Assist with the implementation of new training initiatives Assign learning plans to new hires, in conjunction with area management Liaise with learners and management, to troubleshoot course/ learning plan issues and escalate as required Support site & regulatory inspections Qualifications Third level qualification in technical writing, English, IT, or a related discipline Proficient in MS Office applications and training database administration Proficient in Power BI but not essential Familiar with c GMP's and corporate policies and procedures Good communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and with client contacts Able to manage and report on assigned tasks in accordance with agreed priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Willing to learn new tools as required and familiar with social media platforms Has a general knowledge of the pharma industry, and open to learning about evolving knowledge transfer trends and methodologies Committed to understanding and applying quality processes Able to explain concepts clearly and concisely Identifies and tries to resolve problems using own initiative where appropriate Flexible and proactive, displays a can-do attitude Why PM Group?
