Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyorto join a dynamic team in Charleville, Co.
Cork. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across Ireland.
Role Responsibilities: Lead the Quantity Surveying function across multiple projects.
Provide accurate cost estimates, cost plans, and cash flow projections.
Manage tendering, contracts, and project costs.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams.
Mentor junior QS team members.
Key Requirements:10+ years' experience (chartered or working towards chartership).
Previous experience in a consultancy/project management environment.
Strong expertise in cost estimation, contract management, and BOQs (ARM4/5 & SOR).
Proficiency in Cubit, Cost X, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent budgeting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of BCAR compliance and construction methodologies.
Full legal right to work in Ireland and a valid Irish driver's license.
