Finishing Foreperson | Dublin/Kildare/Meath | €65/75k & Benefits Our client (main contractor & developer) requires Finishing Forepersons and Managers for various projects across Leinster including commercial, medical and residential projects.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the final touches are added to the project to create a high-quality finish coupled with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities: Supervising and managing the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Coordinating with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Ensuring that the final touches are added to the project to create a high-quality finish.

Requirements: Experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and work effectively under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality finishes.
