This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and dynamic projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities: Project Completion Oversight: Manage and supervise all finishing works, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.

Team Coordination: Lead and motivate subcontractors and site teams involved in the finishing phase.

Quality Control: Inspect and approve final finishes, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to finishing works promptly.

Client Interaction: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction with the finished product.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce health and safety standards on-site, ensuring all activities comply with regulations and company policies.

Reporting & Documentation: Keep detailed records of site activities and progress, reporting to the Project Manager regularly.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, particularly in finishing works.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Relevant construction qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
