Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage and maintain cleaning equipment to high standards
Provide handover reports to Managers and clients on a daily basis
Prioritize health and safety at all levels
Train, induct, and supervise the work of cleaning operatives
Be hands-on and prepared to help, guide, and support operatives to achieve required service levels
Weekend work may be required, with advance notification and appropriate pay
Assess cleaning material requirements for the area of responsibility and ensure economical and safe use
Ensure good timekeeping of all staff under supervision
Report any defects on site to the property manager and RCH via email
Report any incidents related to Security, Health & Safety, timekeeping, etc., and ensure cleaning staff report all damage and defects
Send wage sheets weekly via email
Report any accidents or damage to vehicles as per instructions

Job Role Requirements as a Cleaning Working Supervisor:

Good understanding of industrial cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives
Highly flexible, hands-on attitude with a responsible approach to issues
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships
Comfortable working alone and in a team
Ability to prioritize and manage an ever-changing workload
Computer literate

Understanding of Industrial Cleaning Equipment:

Vacuuming, using industrial back vacuum
Using buffing machine
Using carpet machine
Window cleaning equipment (poles for reach & wash system)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No less than 40 per week
