Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a fixed term contract. If you are an experienced in Strategic Project Management and have managed full project lifecycles, taking projects from concepts to final delivery then this is the perfect role for you! This is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing a massive project, relocating all staff to new premises. You will regularly report back to the business and update the teams on site. If you have experience working on-site in a Project Management, or Construction/Engineering Project Management role then this could be the right project to delve into. What the job entails: You will be the direct support for the Project Manager, coordinating all areas of the project including the budgets, fit-outs and communication between stakeholders throughout the project Ensure timely delivery of all projects by continually managing and engaging with contractors Provide daily support to the design team during fit-outs and onsite works Managing all external consultants, ensure that procurement policies and procedures are compliant with company protocol Support sub-contractors and partners throughout the project, ensure that all stakeholders are informed of changes and plans throughout the project Liaise and communicate with head office, provide updates on the projects to relevant areas of the business Develop and present proposals to the board and key agency bodies Manage and report on the project process to essential work streams and highlight any risks to the project Skills you must have: Project Management Strong Communication Excellent Negotiation Client Management You must have the following skills: A third level degree in Property or Project Management Full drivers license Experienced IT skills, MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
