This willrequire 2/3 days to be based out of Shannon and Galway and occasionaltravel to other sites across EMEA. You will be responsible forgathering requirements for the implementation of functions solution,taking into consideration the future goals of the business and theoverall IT solution architecture. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with (key-) users andmanagement to understand, improve, and implement businessrequirements. The Senior Business Analyst has an understanding of theoverall direction and requirements of Zimmer Biomet’s businessconcerning products, customer needs, quality, distributionrequirements, and sales goals. As many implementations and changes to existing processes aremanaged as projects, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsibleto lead small to medium-sized projects (including project budget andresources) and work with external vendors (e.g., consultants). Principal Duties and Responsibilities Map and document IT applications functions Compare ITapplications functions across current and future applications Define IT EMEA Applications Strategies aligned with globalones To analyze new business requirements or problems and provide thestate of the art for IT solutions: To communicate documented analysis and executive summary withIT recommendation Translate IT solutions in technicalspeciation’s and provide it to IT Delivery CoE’s To lead small and medium IT Demands: Lead business requirements gathering discussion and businesscase estimation Perform the intake process in the dedicateapplication Lead a team of IT system experts in the deliveryof the solution to meet business expectations Follow-upwith business requestors for successful IT solution delivery To achieve successful IT Projects Delivery: Participate actively to document Feasibility Study Lead Intake process following the company procedure Lead IT project full cycle implementation (Waterfall orAgile) To document glossary for key Operations and/or Quality elements: Collect information from LMS training and businesspartners Review and communicate the glossary with businesspartners and IT EMEA team Manage Site IT Liaison role with monthly communication and reporting: Part of Business Leadership Team to be informed aboutday-to-day issues Part of IT communication matrix toreceive general IT information relevant for business sites Communicate and remind high risks identified and critical actionitems pending related to IT Budget owner for IT operationsCapex and Opex running costs IT Staffing and onsiteco-ordination Collect, prepare and present IT systems duringaudits Business Continuity Planning with FacilityManagement IT escalation for P1 Crit-Sit Drive ITcontinuous improvement for Shannon and Galway Expected Areas of Competence Special expertise: Business process digitalization Is aware of the legalrequirements and corporate guidelines concerning system validationfor, e.g., FDA.
