Qualified candidates should possess the required technical competencies with committed professionalism, desire and passion to support our biggest SAP customers.  Within the Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) our job is to help our customers run better. As technical expert in COE you will help our top customers be successful as they Transform to Cloud. You will be expected to execute the following tasks: Advise and Support SAP Customers on their release Upgrades and OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions and S/4HANA System Conversions in customer’s SAP environments. Provide Technical expertise to ensure optimal Transformation path to the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive Downtime Reduction for customer moving to Cloud. Troubleshoot Upgrade and Migration issues during critical cutover periods. Providing face to face & Back Office support for customers projects via services and projects. Support delivery of Premium Engagement services. Develop & share knowledge across our team.   What you bring  You will be a team player working together with experts across teams to support and guide our customers on their transformation journeys. Ideally you will have some of the following: •    Hands on experience of OS/DB Migration, HANA Migrations and S/4HANA System Conversions, SAP Release Upgrades •    SAP Software Change Management strategy experience •    Excellent communication & presentation skills •    Good Unix/Linux knowledge •    Knowledge of Back-up and Recovery procedures •    Knowledge of High Availability / Disaster Recovery procedures •    Experience with Hyperscalers and advantage(Azure, AWS, GCP etc) •    Landscape design experience and data centre architecture  •    Project experience •    Ideally, Honours Degree in IT/ Computer Science/Physics or related discipline •    SAP Technical Certifications, examples OS/DB Migration, Upgrades, System Administration •    Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills (oral/written) •    Fluent in written and spoken English Meet your Team We are based in SAP Ireland but operate as part of a Global team with counterparts in Germany, USA, Latin America, North Africa, India & China.
