Our client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projects
Pre-contract cost control and management
Pre-contract document preparation
All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations
The key duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Estimating & Cost Planning
Reporting to the senior surveyor
Preparing Bills of Quantities, Buildsoft & Cubit
Preparing Cost Reports
Preparing Monthly Valuations
Preparation and Agreement of Final Accounts
Requirements
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience in a PQS firm
