Our client is a leading Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance operator working on Dublin Motorway networks.
The Network Inspection Supervisor & Insurance Recovery Coordinator will ensure high standards, accuracy, and efficiency in inspection data management while supporting system improvements and rollouts. This role involves collaboration with the Data/RMMS Manager, providing supervision and support to the Network inspectors, and overseeing the insurance recovery processes.
Role
Report to the Data Manager, ensuring accurate RMMS updates, data validation, and system improvements.
Supervise & support Network Inspectors in meeting contract requirements efficiently.
Manage RMMS inspection programming, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Attend meetings and provide relevant updates.
Coordinate insurance recovery for damages and KPI reporting.
Conduct inspections as needed.
Perform on-call duties if required.
Requirements
Full, clean ‘B’ Driving license essential
Relevant Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferable.
Understanding and practical knowledge of supervising lone worker teams along with data quality control who is adept in stakeholder liaison, health & safety regulations and coordination of programmed work and costs preparation for claims.
Meticulous approach to administration and record keeping
5 years of operations and maintenance experience – an advantage
Winter maintenance experience an advantage
Traffic management experience an advantage
GIS software experience an advantage
MS Project experience an advantage
Excellent communication and IT skills
