Our Dublin based client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects from inception to completion.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

Essential Experience: Extensive experience in project management, demonstrating successful leadership in managing large, complex projects.

Excellent organisational, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools.

Previous experience in handling large-scale construction projects is highly beneficial.

Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Certification in Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2).
