We are a company that has grown solidly over the past 15 years and are now looking to strengthen our Senior Management team.

We have a requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in General Contracting to join our already well-established commercial team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager, Operations Manager and CEO as is required.

The role will involve the management of the wider QS team where growing and mentoring this team will be essential to the growth of the company.

Projects range in value from €10 M - €50 M The Role Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts Ensure sub-contractors are pre-qualified in accordance with management systems Procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of sub-contractor order documentation Assessing and certification of sub-contractor interim payments Re-measurement of Bills of Quantities Carrying out Material Take-offs Preparation of Interim valuations and final account Managing and valuing variations Production of monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts Establish, maintain and enhance effective working relationships Plan, allocate and evaluate work carried out by teams, individuals and yourself What You Need Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction management.

10+ years experience with a Building Contractor in Leinster.

Ideally will have knowledge and experience with all packages Proven record of working on projects valued over €10 M Proficient in Microsoft excel and project Driven Team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills
