Responsibilities:
As part of the analog/RF team, you will be responsible for:
Analysis/synthesis of analog specification
Analog architecture definitionDesign of functional blocksElectrical simulations (Spice / Fast Spice)Behavioral description and simulationLayout design and verificationDatabase integrationIPs debug and characterizationSupport of product characterization Your profile:
8+ years of experience minimum in a similar position, Master’s Degree and/or Engineering school specialized in microelectronics design
Technical skills: Deep knowledge of analog CMOS processRF front-end 13.56 MHz (demodulator, load modulation, energy recovery) proven design experienceBandgap, regulator, oscillator, proven design experienceLow power / low noise analog circuit proven design experienceAnalog design for smartcard and secured product would be a great valueCadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics tools (DFII, schematic and layout entry/verification, Assura, Calibre...)Scripting language (python, perl …)Fluent in English.
