The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store, taking responsibility for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff management and store performance.
Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
Take ownership of key performance areas such as visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.
Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
Contribute to store planning, product displays, and promotional activity.
Ensure company standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the store.
Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.
About You 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in footwear, or fashion.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
