Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the delivery of diverse company secretarial assignments, providing guidance to junior team members and ensuring timely, accurate results.
Lead and continuously refine processes for managing annual compliance matters for clients, ensuring timely and accurate filings with key regulatory bodies.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the department, staying ahead of market trends and ensuring alignment with best practices.
Inspire, mentor, and develop team members, offering constructive feedback and supporting their career growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and fostering business growth.
Drive business development activities, manage your portfolio, and collaborate with Partners on consultancy projects to support the firms growth objectives.
Oversee key operational elements, including work-in-progress (WIP), billing, resource allocation, and project scheduling, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery within budget Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Secretary qualification with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
Demonstrated technical expertise and experience managing diverse client portfolios.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, with strong project management skills.
