One of Ireland’s largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service official at South West. Your new role You will be tasked in greeting and engaging with customers on banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs. Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required. Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required. Engaging with customers using i Pads, updating customer information and sales needs.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service abilities, teamwork, and a professional phone manner are essential. Previous experience in administration and customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
