Contract Business Analyst required for a Dublin based Banking organisation.
Initial 6 Month contract with extension for anonther 6.
A minimum of 4 years working on a number of projects in a Business Analyst role that have been delivered using the Agile Methodology.
Experience of business analysis techniques particularly in the following areas:
Backlog refinement and backlog management Possessing well defined stakeholder management skills, including managing challenging stakeholders Having the following skills/competencies: excellent interpersonal skills;be comfortable working within a team environment;be decisive, organised self-starters;plan their work based on moving priorities, estimate their activities and deliver on commitments;ability to work on multiple parallel changes; Comfortable working with data models and data mapping; Excellent stakeholder management; Ability to identify the implications of the solution to be delivered;take into account other projects and initiatives - see the bigger picture;a good understanding of formal project management and Agile processes and ceremonies Comfortable to challenge constructively Detail orientated Able to Identify continuous improvement opportunities This is a day rate contract.
