This catering environment is very busy and requires a chef that can multi-task and consistently produce a high quality food product.
There is a huge focus fresh and healthy ingredients and recipes.
Candidates must have experience working with food hygiene and Haccp principles.
A valid Haccp Level 2 qualification is an advantage.
Duties involve preparation of the items on the menu to a standardised recipes and serving dishes to the agreed presentation standards.
The successful candidate will be organised and will be able to work from own initiative as well as being a team player.
The successful candidate will be energetic and focused and will be interested in nutrition and the production of high quality, fresh, healthy and flare of innovative dishes.
