Join us as a Clinical Lead at Scottish Nursing Guild! In this role, you will provide accessible and responsive in-house clinical support and serve as the clinical point of contact across ROI in both the acute and community sectors. 

You will collaborate with other clinicians within the business, building relationships with the Community team, other internal departments, workers, clients, and families. Additionally, you will oversee the quality agenda for ROI, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance, while reinforcing accountability and evidence-based practice.

Part of Acacium Group, Scottish Nursing Guild, is a business which consists of the service delivery of Nursing care within the Healthcare community. SNG are consistently on hand to deliver a first-class service to NHS and private care organisations at extreme short notice. Everyday you will...

  • Acting as the main clinical point of contact for ROI queries across both the Acute and Community sectors, escalating issues and assisting teams in resolving them with the relevant clinicians, managers, and departments within the organization when necessary
  • Supporting the Community business, working collaboratively with the team
  • Work collaboratively with the Governance Team ensuring compliance with legislation, guidance, and country-specific policies and procedures, advocating for best practices.

    To thrive in this role, you Ideally must have:

    • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration
    • Experience in quality management
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
    • Strong written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
