Responsibilities
Supporting the Person in Charge / Unit Manager in clinical and professional leadership
Delivering high-quality, safe, and effective care ensuring care is person‑centred, respecting residents' rights, dignity, and autonomy
Planning, assessing, and evaluating individualised care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
Leading, mentoring, and supervising nursing and care staff on shift
Developing strong relationships with residents and families to enhance wellbeing
Maintaining accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all residents
Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and team development
Requirements
Registered General or Psychiatric Nurse on the NMBI register (or eligible)
Minimum 2 years post‑graduate experience, including Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level
Evidence of continuous professional development
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
