Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for a Commis Chef for one of our well-established clients in Killarney, Co. Kerry
The Commis Chef will be Responsible for the production of food in the kitchen, as per duties assigned, ensuring constant innovation, food variety and choice and that all food is handled and prepared safety in conjunction with Food Safety requirements.
REQUIREMENTS Have previous experience working within kitchens or in a similar role.
Have a strong work ethic and customer focus.
Easily work on own initiative or as part of a team
Work side-by-side with all relevant departments to assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards.
Be able to work flexible hours.
Have good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive salary of €15.00 – €16.00
